ABOUT US
Circular economy challenges rarely sit neatly within one team, dataset or part of a business. They can cut across products and materials, customers and suppliers, operations, commercial priorities and sustainability goals.
Possible is a circular strategy and intelligence practice. We bring together different ways of understanding a problem – combining research, systems thinking, collaboration, business insight and emerging technology – to find opportunities and develop practical ways forward.
Our aim is simple: to make materials more circular, and circularity more material to business.
WHAT WE WORK ON
From complex challenges to practical opportunities.
We work with organisations at different points in their circular journey, from understanding a problem and finding opportunities, through to developing strategies, propositions and programmes that can move into action.
Circular strategy & problem solving
Understanding complex circular challenges, mapping systems and resources, identifying where value is being lost or could be created, and developing practical strategies and action plans.
Circular innovation & programme development
Exploring new propositions, business models, services, partnerships and interventions – and turning promising ideas into programmes, pilots and practical next steps.
Building the case for change
Bringing together evidence, business context and different stakeholder perspectives to help circular opportunities gain traction – connecting them to value, risk, resilience, sustainability priorities and the realities of organisational decision-making.
HOW WE WORK
Understand more. Find what matters. Work out what to do next.

Frame the challenge
Start with the problem rather than a predetermined solution. Understand the question, business context, stakeholders, constraints and what a strong outcome would look like.
Gather intelligence
Bring together what is already known and identify what’s missing. That might include desk research, interviews, workshops, existing datasets, benchmarking, customer insight or resource information.
Make sense of complexity
Look across relationships, flows, and barriers. AI-enabled tools can help process large volumes of information quickly, supporting analysis while keeping human judgement central.
Find the opportunity
Translate insight and data into opportunities. What could change? What is worth exploring further? Who needs to be part of the conversation? What might make the biggest difference to optimise resources?
Make it actionable
Develop the strategy, proposition, programme, business case or roadmap needed to move a project forward bringing in specialist technical, data or other partners where the challenge requires it.
INTELLIGENCE, ACCELERATED
Using new tools to understand problems faster.
Circular challenges can generate a lot of fragmented information, across research, interviews, products, materials, suppliers, customers and business functions.
We explore how AI and data can help process and interrogate that information more efficiently, enabling us to identify patterns, connections and questions that might otherwise take much longer to uncover.
Technology doesn’t replace expertise, judgement or collaboration. It gives us another way to make sense of complexity – and spend more time on what the insight means and what to do with it.
For projects requiring specialist data engineering, modelling or technical expertise, we work excellent partners.
Have a problem that doesn’t fit neatly into a box?
That’s often where the most interesting work starts.
